Budgetary Provisions and Fund Management
- The Ministry of the Budget releases 5 million pesos for program administration in 1979.
- An allocation of 1 million pesos is set for each of the 1,600 towns and cities to implement the neighborhood community approach, contingent on requests and presidential approval.
- The Ministry of the Budget identifies internal and external funds to finance agro-industrial and watershed communities.
