Font Type and Size Adoption

The Circular mandates the use of the font type 'Courier New' for all relevant documents.
For the first page of Certificates of Title issued due to Original Registration, the font size must be 8.
For all other Certificates of Title generated by the system, Certified True Copies, and system-generated pages of manually issued titles, the font size is set at 10.

Implementation and Communication

Officers and personnel of the Land Registration Authority (LRA) and its Registries of Deeds are instructed to adopt the specified font standards.
Information materials will be provided at Registries of Deeds and the LRA Central Office to inform the public and stakeholders including Associations, Local Government Units (LGUs), and other agencies.

Effectivity

The Circular takes effect immediately upon approval and publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

Legal Authority

Signed by Eulalio C. Diaz III, Administrator of the Land Registration Authority, giving it official and binding effect.
