Purpose and policy intent

  • The circular implements the Tabular Technical Description format adopted under LRA Circular No. 20-2011 by adjusting the font type and font size used on Certificates of Title.
  • The circular extends the same formatting modification to Certified True Copies of Titles and system-generated additional pages of manually-issued titles.

  • Information materials must be made available to stakeholders, Associations, LGUs and agencies regarding the changes in font type and font size.
