Number and Assignment of Judges
- The Eleventh Judicial District shall have ten judges commissioned.
- Distribution of judges:
- Two judges for the Courts of First Instance of Capiz and Roxas City (first and second branches).
- One judge for the Court of First Instance of Romblon Province.
- One judge for the Court of First Instance of Aklan Province.
- Five judges for the Courts of First Instance of Iloilo Province and the City of Iloilo (first through fifth branches).
- One judge for the Court of First Instance of Antique Province.
Stationing and Location of Judges
- Two judges shall be stationed in Roxas City.
- One judge each will be stationed in:
- Municipality of Romblon, Romblon
- Municipality of Kalibo, Aklan
- City of Iloilo
- Municipality of Guimbal, Iloilo
- Municipality of Santa Barbara, Iloilo
- Municipality of Pototan, Iloilo
- Municipality of Ajuy, Iloilo
- Municipality of San Jose de Buenavista, Antique
Appropriation of Funds
- Appropriations necessary for the implementation of the Act shall be sourced from the National Treasury.
- Funds will be allocated as needed to support additional judges and judicial activities.
Effectivity Clause
- The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.
- The approval date is June 22, 1957.
