Authorization Terms and Enforcement

  • Authorization for clubs or license holders to hold seminars and endorse is valid for one year.
  • Authorization can be suspended, canceled, or revoked for failure to comply with the Panel’s standards and agreements.

Effectivity and Supersession

  • Guidelines take effect immediately upon approval.
  • Supersede all conflicting orders, circulars, or instructions, in full or in part.
