Application Fees for Various Licenses and Services
- Application Fee for Conductors License: Php 100.00.
- Change of Classification of License including one or more additional Restriction Codes: Php 100.00.
- Application Fee for each Additional Restriction Code applied separately: Php 100.00 per restriction code.
- Application Fee for Duplicate Driver's License (in addition to Replacement Fee): Php 50.00 regardless of license validity period.
- Application Fee for Duplicate Conductors License (in addition to Replacement Fee): Php 50.00 regardless of validity period.
- Application Fee for Duplicate Student Driving Permit: Php 50.00.
Replacement Fees
- Replacement Fee for lost, damaged, or mutilated licenses remains Php 225.00 for both Driver's and Conductors Licenses.
- The application fee for duplicates is charged in addition to the replacement fee.
Penalties for Late Renewal of Licenses
- For non-professional, professional, and conductors licenses:
- Delinquent from one (1) day to one (1) year: Php 75.00 penalty.
- Delinquent from one (1) year and one day to two (2) years: Php 150.00 penalty.
- Delinquent from two (2) years and one day to ten (10) years: Php 225.00 penalty.
Superseding Previous Issuances
- All former orders, circulars, and administrative issuances that conflict with this Order are thereby superseded or modified accordingly.
Effectivity and Implementation
- The Order takes effect 15 days after acknowledgment of receipt by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR), U.P. Law Center, Diliman, Quezon City.
- It also requires publication in two newspapers with nationwide circulation for effectivity.
- The directive emphasizes the necessity for guidance and strict compliance by concerned parties.
