Penalties for operator non-compliance
- Any operator found in violation of the circular is subject to the following penalties:
- First Offense: PHP 5,000.00,
- Second Offense: PHP 10,000.00 and six (6) months Suspension of CPC,
- Third Offense: Cancellation of Franchise.
