    • Department of Science and Technology.

Repealing Clause

  • Any previous ordinances, executive orders, or parts that conflict with this amended ordinance are repealed, modified, or amended accordingly to prevent inconsistencies.

Separability Clause

  • If any part of this Ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity does not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be effective.

Effectivity Clause

  • The Ordinance takes effect immediately upon approval and publication in a local newspaper.
