EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 586

: The main purpose is to transfer the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) from the Department of Finance (DOF) to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
: The Philippine Reclamation Authority was originally attached to the Department of Finance (DOF).
: The PRA is transferred to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
: The PRA is tasked to develop, improve, administer, deal in, subdivide, dispose, lease, and sell all kinds of lands, buildings, estates and other forms of real property owned, managed, controlled, and/or operated by the government.
