Executive Order Numbered Forty, series of 1913, was revoked by Proclamation No. 47.
The area situated in the barrio of Naga, municipality of Tiwi, Province of Albay, Island of Luzon, was converted into a national park known as the Tiwi Hot Spring National Park.
The Tiwi Hot Spring National Park is placed under the control and administration of the Commission on Parks and Wildlife.
