The DAR is mandated to acquire and distribute to qualified beneficiaries all agricultural lands acquired by the PCGG and APT that are devoted to or suitable for agriculture.
The MOA provides that all agricultural lands surrendered to the PCGG within the scope of RA No. 6657 shall immediately be ceded, transferred, conveyed, and turned over to the DAR for acquisition and distribution.
