Elpidio Quirino revokes Proclamation No. 30 to reserve land in Malaybalay, Bukidnon for an agricultural colony designated for graduates of agricultural and rural high schools and colleges, facilitating their access to land under the Public Land Act.

The purpose of Proclamation No. 443 is to revoke Proclamation No. 30 dated May 25, 1923, and to reserve the land embraced therein for the establishment of an agricultural colony for disposition to graduates of agricultural and rural high schools and agricultural colleges under the Public Land Act.

The land embraced in Proclamation No. 30, dated May 25, 1923, located in the barrio of Managok, Municipality of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon, Island of Mindanao.

The recommendation came from the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources.

Graduates of agricultural and rural high schools and agricultural colleges under the administration of the Bureau of Public Schools.

The Bureau of Public Schools administers the agricultural colony land reserved.
