EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 205

: Executive Order No. 427, s. 2005 is revoked by Executive Order No. 205, s. 2016.
: The main purpose is to revoke EO 427 and return the repair, maintenance, and management of certain infrastructure facilities to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
: The facilities are United Nations Avenue (Sta. 8+291 to Sta. 10+639), AC Cortes Avenue (Sta. 7+196 to Sta. 9+507), and Marcelo Fernan Bridge Access Roads to and from the Mini park (Mandaue Side) (Sta. 10+119 to Sta. 10+955 including the Mini park).
: EO No. 427 mandated the turn-over of repair, maintenance, and management of those facilities from the DPWH to the City of Mandaue, subject to the execution of a deed of conveyance.
: The City of Mandaue requested the return of the said facilities to the DPWH via Sangguniang Panlungsod Resolution Nos. 13-555-2015 and 13-754-2015.
: The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is returned the authority for repair, maintenance, and management.
: It took effect immediately upon publication on April 8, 2016.
: Yes, Section 2 states that all orders, proclamations, rules, regulations, or parts inconsistent with this EO are repealed or modified accordingly.
