: Executive Order No. 159 dated February 29, 1994 authorizes the revision of fees charged by the PRC.
: PRC Resolution No. 168, series of 1990 and Resolution No. 150, series of 1998 were revised under PRC Resolution No. 98-560, series of 1998.
: The title of PRC Resolution No. 98-560, series of 1998 is the Omnibus Revision of the Rates of Fees Charged and Collected by the Professional Regulation Commission.
: It was approved for immediate implementation by the President under Administrative Order No. 369 dated May 15, 1998.
: The fees covered include examination fee, registration fee, annual license fee, replacement fee, certification fee, docket fee, inspection fee, registration of CPA Firms and Partnerships, and accreditation fee.
: A revised fee of P300.00 is charged to such incumbent teachers.
: Board Resolution No. 38, series of 1990 provides the basis for the registration fees related to CPA Firms and Partnerships.
: Wide dissemination is desired to ensure that all concerned parties are informed about the revised fees and comply accordingly.
