Section 4 (c), Article II of the law empowers the Board of Electrical Engineering to prescribe the syllabi of the subjects and their relative weights in the licensure examinations for Electrical Engineers and Master Electricians.
The resolution was enacted to revise the syllabi for the subjects in the Electrical Engineering and Master Electrician Licensure Examinations to provide a more detailed scope of the topics and items for examination.
It repealed Resolution No. 19, Series of 1995 of the Board of Electrical Engineering.
It became effective fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or any newspaper of general circulation, whichever was earlier, upon approval by the Commission.
Copies of the resolution must be furnished to colleges and universities offering Electrical Engineering courses for dissemination to their graduates and students.
