The salary schedule applies to all uniformed personnel of the Integrated National Police.
The salary schedule is structured by rank/grade and salary steps 1 to 8, with specific monthly and annual salary amounts designated for each rank from Patrolman/Fireman up to Brigadier General.
If a member's salary is lower than the first salary step prescribed, the salary shall be raised to the rate corresponding to the first salary step in the new schedule.
If the salary is equal to or above the first step in the new schedule, the member shall continue to receive the same salary rate without reduction.
The Minister of National Defense and the Minister of the Budget are responsible for promulgating guidelines for implementation.
