The main purpose is to reorganize the Presidential Task Force on Climate Change (PTFCC) to effectively address and manage climate change challenges and promote sustainable development in the Philippines.

The President of the Philippines serves as the Chair of the PTFCC.

Cabinet members must be part of the Task Force, practice proper solid waste management in their offices, and support the mindset shift towards conservation, protection, and restoration. They are also expected to report regularly and participate in initiatives.

The DENR leads a Task Group on Solid Waste Management, Watershed Protection, and participates in other environmental initiatives such as identifying and regenerating forest lands, conducting biodiversity inventories with educational institutions, and reporting progress consistently.

To reduce solid waste generation by 50% within six months and ensure full implementation of the Solid Waste Management Act by local governments.

The President or the Presidential Adviser on Climate Change (PACC) will personally visit government offices and regions every Friday until a sustainable mindset and practice of solid waste management is integrated nationwide. The DENR will report to the President or PACC weekly.

The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) shall lead reforms to reduce fossil fuel consumption by promoting non-motorized locomotion and collective transportation, with the objective to cut fossil fuel use by 50% within two years.

The Department of Education is tasked to develop and incorporate a climate change component into the science curriculum across all school levels by the next school year.

They shall cooperate with other island nations to explore legal and meta-legal means to hold high carbon-emitting countries accountable for climate change damages and for sustainable development of future generations.

Within six months after the solid waste management campaign, the focus will shift to identifying, surveying, and regenerating forest lands and protected areas, including marking boundaries pursuant to the Constitution and allocating funds for reforestation.
