The purpose of DENR Administrative Order No. 2000-16 is to prescribe the rates of fees for certain administrative services rendered by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), ensuring proper and uniform fees.

The fee for filing an appeal or petition against decisions or orders is P500.00.

The authentication fee for any official records or documents is P50.00.

The certification fee for any document or information based on records is P25.00.

The prescribed copy fee is P5.00 per page or sheet of official records or documents.

The order took effect immediately upon adoption on February 11, 2000.
