POP PPA PMO PULUPANDAN MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 02-98

: The Order applies to motor bancas with 6 Gross Registered Tonnage (GRT) and up docking along the shoreline of Pulupandan and nearby areas.
: To facilitate the issuance of entrance/clearance to motorized bancas and adoption of documentation procedures.
: It prescribes the procedure and guidelines on the issuance of departure clearance to motor bancas on a weekly basis.
: Vessels must submit three copies each of their Inward Cargo Manifest (ICM), Outward Cargo Manifest (OCM), passenger manifest, and present the vessel's roll-book.
: Yes, upon request, the submission of necessary documents can be made weekly covering the previous week, submitted every Monday to the PPA Terminal Office.
: All vessels with 6 GRT and up must secure PPA clearance prior to departure as required under P.D. 857 as amended, and Executive Order 493.
: Payment of vessel usage fees may be paid weekly with document submission. Wharfage dues may be collected by the vessel's owner/patron from cargo owners and remitted to PPA together with vessel dues.
: P15.05 per day or fraction thereof per call.
: P0.158 per sack of 50 kilos and P315 per metric ton for cargoes in kaings or other forms.
: They will be collected at PPA Pulupandan using the same prescribed rates.
: The Order took effect on 20 April 1998.
