LTO DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 2004-60

: The order pertains to the accreditation and authorization of Private Emission Testing Centers (PETC) as either stationary or mobile centers and the regulation of their operational areas.
: All Mobile PETCs operating in areas with authorized stationary centers will have their authorization cancelled.
: All DOTC/LTO Regional Directors, Assistant Regional Directors, District Heads, and concerned employees are responsible for monitoring PETCs.
: Irregularities should be reported to the PETC Monitoring Committee and Authorization Committee.
