: Reasons include failure to attach xerox copies of the Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR), issuance of only one OR for payments covering several motor vehicles, and disparity between the PMO remitter's name and the vehicle's registered owner.
: Every PMO payment must be accompanied by xerox copies of the latest OR and CR of the motor vehicle being paid for.
