: The primary purpose is to establish a national high school in Barangay Calidngan, City of Carcar, Province of Cebu, named Pit-os National High School, and to appropriate funds for its operation.
: Pit-os National High School will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the Pit-os National High School in the Department of Education's program.
