: The title is "An Act Establishing a National High School in the Municipality of Padada, Province of Davao del Sur to be Known as the Padada National High School and Appropriating Funds Therefor."
: The main purpose is to establish a national high school in the Municipality of Padada, Province of Davao del Sur, to be known as the Padada National High School.
: The Padada National High School is established under the supervision of the Department of Education.
: Section 2 of the Act provides for the appropriation of funds for the operationalization of the Padada National High School.
: The Secretary of the Department of Education is responsible for immediately including the operationalization of the Padada National High School in the Department's program.
: The funding shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
