Seat of government: barrio of Limonso. Included barrios: Limonso, Danlalbalan, Layan, Ignit, Quisanto, Padada, Bolton, Molabago, Madonga, Palili, Matin-aw, Tolagan, Hagonoy, Talas, Balabag, Sulop, Balalan, and Ibo.
Panabo comprises the western part of the municipality of Tagum.
North: west portion of the present boundary line between Tagum on one side and Kapalong and Saug on the other; West and south: present boundary line between Tagum and the City of Davao; Southeast: limits of the municipal waters that Panabo should have; East: the Tagum River.
Seat of government: barrio of Panabo. Included barrios: Panabo; Ising (includes Mangalcal, Sibulano, Southern Davao); Maduao (Upper Licanan, Tagpuri, Tagurot, Tagactac); Malatibas (Manay, Little Panay); Lasang (small Panabo); Cagangohan (Pontakan); Anibungan (San Miguel, Kinamayan); Bincungan (Lapaz, Tuganay).
Santa Cruz shall have its present territory minus the portions included in Digos and Padada.
Tagum shall have its present territory minus the portion included in Panabo.
It uses Quibanban Creek (from its mouth on Davao Gulf upstream to its source) and then a straight line from the creek’s source to the top of Mount Apo.
