EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 66

: The purpose of Executive Order No. 66 is to organize the municipal districts of Daguma, Isulan, Maganuy, Reina Regente, Talayan, and portions of Dulawan and Libuagan in the Province of Cotabato into independent municipalities named Dulawan and Midsayap.
: The municipalities of Dulawan and Midsayap were created as independent municipalities under Executive Order No. 66.
: The Municipality of Dulawan consists of the municipal districts of Daguma, Isulan, Maganuy, Reina Regente, Talayan, and the southern portion of the municipal district of Dulawan, with detailed boundary descriptions provided in the order.
: The Municipality of Midsayap consists of the municipal district of Libuagan and the northern portion of the municipal district of Dulawan, with detailed boundary descriptions.
: The organization of the new municipalities took effect on January 1, 1937.
