By specifying the boundaries through starting reference points (e.g., MBM No. 27) and a detailed list of boundary lines with azimuths and distances and description of landmarks/creeks/rivers.

MBM No. 27, a concrete monument at Imbiao (.25 m. x .25 m.).

It follows the course of the Siffu River until it meets Masigon Creek.

Masigon Creek intersects the boundary line between Gamu and Isabela Estate (Friar Lands) at point 3.

Boundary lines are described as portions of boundaries between Roxas and: the municipality of Gamu, Isabela Estate (Friar Lands), the sub-province of Ifugao, and Ilagan (for the segments noted).

It states that Gamu shall consist of its present territory minus the portion included in the area described as the new municipality of Roxas.

The boundary lines ultimately return to MBM No. 27, which serves as the point of origin and closure (line sequence ends at MBM No. 27).

Concrete monuments (MBM No. 27) and wooden pegs/stakes (e.g., wooden peg at point 1, wooden peg on the north bank of Siffu River at point 2, and wooden stake at point 3), described with dimensions and diameter.

President: Elpidio Quirino. Executive Secretary: Emilio Abello.

It uses azimuths and distances for each line segment and references scaling for certain boundary lines that follow established municipal boundaries.

To precisely identify the territorial jurisdiction created, minimize boundary disputes, and clarify which segments follow existing municipal/estate/sub-province boundaries.
