The primary purpose of Republic Act No. 9845 is to separate the Mayoyao National High School Tulaed Annex in Barangay Tulaed, Municipality of Mayoyao, Province of Ifugao from the Mayoyao National High School and convert it into an independent national high school known as Tulaed National High School.

This Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
