The Manila North Diversion Road is declared as the Manila North Expressway.

It extends from Km. 9.563, Old Balintawak-Epifanio de los Santos Junction, Quezon City, to Km. 37.167, Tabang-Manila North Road Junction, Guiguinto, Bulacan.

It is declared as a toll road pursuant to Republic Act No. 3741.

The Secretary of Public Works and Communications is authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations.

The Secretary is authorized to determine, fix, and revise the schedule of toll rates as necessary.

The Order took effect on January 1, 1968.
