Both a boxing promoter and manager are required to pay a license fee of P500.00 each.

A boxing referee pays a fee of P300.00, while a stadium physician pays P200.00.

For Jai-Alai, the fees are P500.00 for pelotari, P300.00 for referee, and P500.00 for intendente.

A professional basketball team must pay a fee of P1,000.00, while individual players must pay P700.00 each.

The officials required to pay fees include promoters (P700.00), managers (P700.00), coaches (P700.00), referees (P300.00), timekeepers (P100.00), scorers (P100.00), physicians (P200.00), liaison officers (P100.00), trainers (P200.00), utilitymen (P100.00), and table officials (P100.00).

Golfers, billiard players, and tennis players each are required to pay a license fee of P500.00.
