The regulation is known as the DDB IDADIN Regulation.

All public and private hospitals, drug/chemical manufacturers, importers, exporters or distributors, forensic laboratories, drug testing laboratories, public and private drug treatment and rehabilitation facilities, accredited physicians, drug law enforcement and prosecution agencies, and penal facilities.

These include substances listed in Tables I and II of the 1988 UN Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances and those classified as such by the Dangerous Drugs Board.

A doctor engaged in non-facility-based treatment and rehabilitation, authorized by the Department of Health to conduct drug dependency examinations and treatment.

Data on analysis, profiling, and composition of seized drugs, controlled precursors, and essential chemicals, including corresponding laboratory reports, lists of equipment, instruments, apparatus, and paraphernalia.

Reports must be submitted to the Executive Director of the Dangerous Drugs Board within fifteen (15) days following the period covered by the report.

Such refusal or failure is punishable under Section 32 of R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Apprehension made for violation of R.A. 9165 and other relevant drug laws, as well as other crimes committed under the influence of dangerous drugs.

The process including after-care and follow-up treatment directed towards the physical, emotional/psychological, vocational, social, and spiritual change of a drug dependent, enabling them to live without dangerous drugs and become law abiding and productive citizens.

DDB IDADIN Form 1-06 is used for reporting data on drug-related treatments and admissions in hospitals and detoxification centers.

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency reports on arrests, searches, and seizures for violations of R.A. 9165 using DDB IDADIN Form 9-06.

They must report data on drug treatment, rehabilitation, and aftercare of drug dependents using DDB IDADIN Form 6-06.
