: Republic Act No. 7916, also known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by Republic Act No. 8748.
: The creation and designation were made by Rodrigo Roa Duterte, then President of the Philippines, pursuant to the powers vested under RA No. 7916 and RA No. 8748.
: At the corner of Commonwealth and Luzon Avenues, Barangay Matandang Balara (Old Balara), Quezon City.
: The gross floor area is Ten Thousand Two Hundred Three square meters and Sixty-Two square decimeters (10,203.62 sqm).
: Two Thousand Eight Hundred Nineteen (2,819) square meters, more or less.
: It is subject to the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA No. 7916, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000) as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 13-374 (s. 2013) of the PEZA Board of Directors.
: The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Board of Directors recommended the designation.
: Special Economic Zones are specific areas designated by the government under RA No. 7916 to promote investments, create jobs, and develop export-oriented industrial and commercial centers.
: Designation as an IT Center under RA No. 7916 allows the area to avail of fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, promoting investments in the IT sector and encouraging economic growth.
: To officially create and designate the building as an Information Technology Center to support the growth of IT industry in the specified location.
