The fees took effect on January 16, 1995.

The visa fee is SR 1,000 for workers employed by private firms.

The fee is SR 200 for a visit work permit.

The fee for a work permit is SR 100.

First transfer of sponsorship: SR 2,000; Second transfer of sponsorship: SR 4,000; Third transfer of sponsorship: SR 6,000.

The re-entry visa fee is SR 200, and the igama (residence permit) fee is SR 500.

The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) through the Administrator is responsible for dissemination and compliance enforcement.
