The main purpose of Republic Act No. 7436 is to expand and upgrade the Aurora Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Baler, Province of Aurora, from a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital into a one hundred-bed capacity provincial hospital, to be known as the Aurora Provincial Hospital.
