Submit an application letter to the Secretariat, which screens and evaluates the application within 15 days, forwards it with recommendations to the Committee, the Committee schedules a panel interview within 15 days, and if eligible, issues a Letter of Admission requiring an Affidavit of Undertaking.

The applicant must appear before the public prosecutor during preliminary investigation, coordinate with the Administration, and actively participate in the prosecution of the case.

Violation of the conditions is a ground for the termination of the benefits provided under the program.

Free legal assistance, financial assistance such as payment of docket fees and allowances, welfare assistance including placement in local or overseas employment, and skills training assistance provided free of charge.
