Executive Order No. 214 imposes Common Effective Preferential Tariff rates on qualified imports from ecozone locators in the Philippines, with the ASEAN CEPT rates being given to imports from ASEAN Member States and products sold by ecozone locators to the domestic customs territory being imposed the Most Favored Nation rates.
