A Letter of Felicitation signed by the President, and a Centenarian Gift of ₱100,000.00.

A Posthumous Plaque of Recognition awarded by the DSWD to be received by the centenarian’s nearest surviving relative.

A Plaque of Recognition (in addition to the Letter of Felicitation) and a cash incentive amount to be determined by the LGU.

Either the centenarian’s birth certificate or Philippine passport.

Any one (1) of the following primary IDs may be accepted: OSCA Senior Citizen ID indicating year of birth; or other Philippine government-issued IDs showing Filipino citizenship and year of birth as a reference point.

Any two (2) of the listed secondary documents may be accepted (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificates of children, affidavits of two disinterested persons, old school/employment records, or baptismal/confirmation records certified by the parish).

Any false attestations or certifications are subject to penalties as provided under the Revised Penal Code, Civil Code, and other existing laws.

They may provide valid identification documents recognized in the country of residence, verified and certified by the Philippine embassy or consulate. CFO, with DFA, may issue guidelines within 60 days after effectivity of the IRR.

It takes effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation, the Official Gazette, and after submission to the Office of the National Register, UP Law Center, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
