The examinations are to be held in the City of Manila and in such other places as the Commissioner of Civil Service may determine.
The results must be released within nine months from the date of each examination.
Fifty thousand pesos was initially appropriated to fund the examinations.
The initial appropriation should come from any funds in the National Treasury otherwise appropriated.
After the initial appropriation, the necessary funds for the examinations shall be provided in the annual General Appropriation Act.
The Act takes effect upon its approval, which was on June 17, 1954.
