The PRC Board of Civil Engineering mandates that registered civil engineers must earn and submit Continuing Professional Education credit units for license renewal every three years, effective 15 days after publication.

Submission of CPE certificates is required starting on a date following three (3) years after the effectivity of this resolution.

The resolution becomes effective fifteen (15) days after its full publication in the Official Gazette or newspapers of general circulation, following approval by the Commission.

The resolution was adopted by Commissioners Julio B. Francia, Jr. (Chairman), Mariano A. Mendieta, and Hiermogenes P. Pobre.
