MTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 4, SERIES OF 2006

: The memorandum circular provides guidelines on the implementation of Sections 9.2.1.4 and 9.2.2.4 of MTC Resolution No. 04, s-2005, which requires instructors for Management Level Courses to attend prescribed training.

: The first batch of training was conducted on April 5-7, 2006 at the POEA Auditorium, POEA-Blas F. Ople Building, Ortigas Avenue cor. EDSA, Mandaluyong City.
: Applicant training providers who have submitted their Letter of Intent in accordance with Section 8.1 of MTC Resolution No. 04, s-2006 may submit the names.
: A maximum of two candidates for each course in marine deck and engineering may be nominated.
: Yes, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 24.
: Acceptance is based on a first-come-first-served basis.
: It covers the mandatory training attendance for instructors conducting Management Level Courses in maritime training.
