By the scale: R-39 to R-50 = P150 to P200; R-51 to R-56 = P200 to P300; R-57 to R-62 = P300 to P400; R-65 to R-67 = P400 to P600; R-68 up = P600 to P800.

Costs shall be charged to salary savings in the Arsenal.
Duties, responsibilities, and contribution of the employee to the mission of the Arsenal.
Yes. The rate shall in no case exceed fifty percent (50%) of the employee’s monthly salary.
The Secretary of National Defense determines the rate “in accordance with the above scale,” while considering duties, responsibilities, and contribution, and subject to the 50% monthly salary cap.
Thirty (30) days after granting the allowance, the Secretary of National Defense must submit to the Budget Commission through the Office of Compensation and Position Classification a list of employees granted the allowance and the approved rates.
