Q&A (PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 364)

The decree declares a general amnesty for persons who failed to register and/or vote in the national referendum held on July 27-28, 1973.

All persons who, as first offenders, failed to register and/or vote in the national referendum are eligible for the granted general amnesty.
