: It further expands and delineates the territorial jurisdiction of the Benoni Port Zone in Barangay Benoni, Municipality of Mahinog, Province of Camiguin.
: The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) has administrative jurisdiction over the Benoni Port Zone.
: The expansion was due to the strategic location of the Port of Benoni, which links Mindanao to the rest of the country, and the significant growth in vessel and passenger traffic necessitating accommodation of projected increases and development of adequate facilities.
