: The main purpose is to convert Fermin Tayabas High School in Barangay Cabayugan, Municipality of Calape, Province of Bohol into a national high school to be known as Fermin Tayabas National High School.
: It is located in Barangay Cabayugan, Municipality of Calape, Province of Bohol.
: All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of Fermin Tayabas High School shall be transferred to and absorbed by Fermin Tayabas National High School.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the operationalization of the school in the Department's program.
: The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of Fermin Tayabas High School.
: The continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: The Secretary of Education is authorized to issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of the Act.
: It took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
: It was approved by then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
: The House of Representatives passed it on September 2, 2008, and the Senate passed it on August 26, 2009.
