The transferee agency is required to comply with the requirement for accreditation and assume full and complete responsibility for all contractual obligations of the principals to its workers originally recruited and processed by the former agency.

The transferee agency must submit an Affidavit of Responsibility as proof of its willingness to assume responsibility in accordance with the rules.

An agency that refuses to execute an Affidavit of Responsibility shall be denied accreditation.

Yes, in accordance with Section 7 of the Rule, the conciliation being conducted regarding obligations or money claims will not prevent the Administration from acting on the request for accreditation if public interest requires and the applicant meets all requirements.
