PROCLAMATION NO. 448

: A parcel of land (Lot 3 Rlla-V-56-D) situated in the District of La Paz, City of Iloilo, with an area of 2,223 square meters.
: Bounded on the SE by public land; on the SW by Lot 1-A of plan 11-7000; and on the NW by Lot 2 of plan Rlla-V-56-D.
: Excluding the land from the operation of Proclamation No. 251 means it is no longer subject to the restrictions or provisions of that proclamation, allowing it to be opened for disposition under the Public Land Act instead.
: The recommendation was made by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
