Proclamation No. 520 dated December 17, 2003 excludes a certain portion of land from Proclamation No. 2405 dated March 22, 1985.

The excluded land is declared open for disposition for AFP Off-Base Housing purposes under the administration of the National Housing Authority.

The land is located in Barangay Fort Gregorio del Pilar, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon.

The land covered contains an area of approximately 33,149 square meters.

DENR is authorized to issue a Special Patent over the excluded portion of land in favor of the National Housing Authority.

Bounded on the NW by Aguyuspuus, Lot 47, Res. Sec. 'J'; on the NE and E by the Philippine Military Academy (PMA), Lot 1, IR-1014; on the S by PMA Lot 1, IR-1014; and on the W by Bella Canda vs PMA Reservation.

Proclamation No. 2405 dated March 22, 1985 reserved the area for military purposes.

The National Housing Authority administers the disposition of the land for AFP Off-Base Housing purposes.

The original survey was conducted from March 20 to May 11, 1948 and approved August 26, 1948; segregation survey executed by Private Senior Geodetic Engineer Isabelo B. Cosalan, Jr. on September 6, 2003 and approved on October 16, 2003.
