: The official name of the school established is the Lamon Bay School of Fisheries.
: It is established in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.
: The purpose is to provide for the establishment of a school of fisheries in Gumaca and to authorize the appropriation of funds for its operation.
: Three hundred thousand pesos was allocated for the initial operation of the school.
: The initial funding was charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools.
: The sums necessary for the operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act thereafter.
: This Act took effect upon its approval on February 8, 1982.
: The Batasang Pambansa in session assembled enacted the law.
: It establishes a new educational institution, the Lamon Bay School of Fisheries.
