An Act establishing a ten-bed capacity hospital in Labuan, Zamboanga City, to be known as the Labuan Public Hospital, and appropriating funds therefor.

In Labuan, Zamboanga City.

The hospital shall have a ten-bed capacity.

Under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister of Health.

It shall be an extension of the Zamboanga General Hospital.

The Chief of the Zamboanga General Hospital shall assign or detail medical personnel under him to the Labuan Public Hospital.

Not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos (₱750,000).

From the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals.

The necessary funds for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

It took effect upon its approval on June 10, 1983.
