: The main purpose of Act No. 142, June 18, 1901, is to amend Act No. 104 by changing the schedule of meetings of the presidents or alcaldes of the municipalities of the Province of Romblon to semiannual sessions held in April and October.

: The words "January," "July," and "quarter's" were struck out, and the word "semiannual" was substituted in place of "quarter's."
