An Act Establishing a Ten-Bed Capacity Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Antipas, Province of North Cotabato, to be Known as the Arakan Valley Municipal Hospital.
To establish a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital in the Municipality of Antipas, Province of North Cotabato, known as the Arakan Valley Municipal Hospital.
The hospital shall operate under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services.
The amount necessary for the construction and operation shall not exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos.
From the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals.
Thereafter, the necessary funds for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
This Act took effect upon its approval on April 7, 1983.

It was enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled.
