BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 120

: AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABUGAO, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, TO BE KNOWN AS KABUGAO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
: To establish an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Kabugao, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, to be known as Kabugao Emergency Hospital.
: The Kabugao Emergency Hospital shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services.
: The funding is determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals.
: Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
: This Act took effect upon its approval on January 21, 1981.
: The Municipality of Kabugao, Province of Kalinga-Apayao.
: The Director of Medical Services supervises the hospital.
: Presidential Decree No. 1177, specifically Section 40, provides guidelines on the determination of the needed amount.
